ABOUT
Datona Karya Sukses is established in 2013. It's all started as a Human Resources Development consulting firm, founded by a couple named Luce Kristina and Paimin Siahaan. After several success in consulting few companies in Batam, Datona expanded it's business venture to training centre, import and export under name service, and also procurement services.

Datona is now under the leadership of David Ricardo and Paimin Siahaan, has served more than 1000 trainees since 2013 in HR development, tourism, hotel management training and certification and also Entrepreneur classes and has certified more than 500 trainees with BNSP Certification. Datona is a also a holding company for CV Davindo Multisukses and Lembaga Pendidikan Manajemen Indonesia. And just recently, Datona has started a custom technology solution division where we help companies to build auto machinery and IoT devices

Co-Founder & Chairman
Luce was the very first marketing for Datona and she single handedly acquired the early training projects from the government offices which became the major impact of Datona's growth. Luce's current role more as a passive co-founder
PAIMIN SIAHAAN
Founder And Vice Chairman
Paimin started his days in Datona as the only trainer and aconsultant. Utilizing his 25 years experience in various companies especially in manufacturing, adds a substantial of prominent values in every Datona's training program. Currently Paimin's role is more as Head of Training and Consulting.
DAVID RICARDO
Operational Manager
A passionate generalist who is also very versatile in dealing with corporation issues, industrial
relations issues, and very enthusiast in STEM. David has started his days in Datona from the ground zero. Began his journey in Datona as freelancer photographer, admin staff, certified trainer to Operational Manager of Datona.David is proficient in Human Capital management, Business Development,Corporate Finance,Marketing and Music
